The last adventure we undertook was a drive down Pacific Coast Highway. I've never done that drive and it seemed like the perfect time. We left San Francisco early on Saturday morning (early meaning Mom's early: before 5 am) and drove south. An unforeseen bonus was that by leaving so early we were able to see the entire sunrise, from the pitch black sky slowly lightening to grey and then to blue. It was fabulous and a wonderful to the end of the trip.
Momma remembered the 17-Mile Drive through Pebble Beach Golf Course. Super rich and fancy houses and bike riders and, of course, the implied Saturday mornings golfers.
This is The Lone Cypress, one of the prominent pictures in Pebble Beach.
Heehee!!
The best freeway in the world.
For some reason, I decided to put my feet in the water. As you can see, it's a little chilly.
