Wednesday, Momma and I went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Serious goosebumps when we walked in and saw the scenes from the books and the movies. Plus the music from the movies is playing all over the place. Mostly pictures, but the place was just so visual words don't do it justice.
As you walk in the Hogwarts Express is the first thing you see
pulling into Hogsmeade Village Station.
Glistening snow is atop all the rooftops.

The Sorting Hat gives instruction about what to expect on the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride.
Professor Dumbledore in his office talking to us as we walk through his office.
The Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom where, if you look closely, you can see Harry, Ron, and Hermoine.
Of course, being in Orlando, the pouring rain started around 4 in the afternoon. Momma loves the Florida rains. She was glad to be back home.
Each of the rides are sponsored by different departments in the Ministry of Magic.

a Buckbeak, to whom you have to bow to before the ride will go.

The Weasley's Ford Anglia crashed on the grounds. Complete with headlights flashing and horn honking as you walk by.
The Goblet of Fire.
The Dragon Challenge, the really big roller coaster, has two different rides. The red Chinese Fireball and
the blue Hungarian Horntail.
The Triwiziard Cup.
We went over to Dr. Seuss land for lunch. Momma was getting dizzy after just a few minutes of being inside the tent. Just like at Disneyland's Toon Town.

The Conductor showed up in the afternoon and was nice enough to stand for a picture.
The Hogwarts Choir, complete with singing frogs.
The Triwizard show, complete with
the Durmstrang Institute students with some cool stunts and duels, while
the ladies of the Beauxbatons Academy went for a more subdued, comparatively, ribbon routine.
Butterbeer. The taste was so absolutely amazing. I will not be able to even begin describing how good the taste was. So I won't even try. Just know: nectar of the gods.
When the clouds came in the snow looked almost believable in Florida.
Thanks Momma. Great way to start our trip and one of the greatest days ever.
