I was lucky enough to get to see the queen yesterday as she promenaded from Buckingham Palace to Parliament!!!! It was raining, windy, and very cold but it was definitely one of the highlights of being here!!
Her Majesty's "Best Hat" got its own carriage to Westminster.
I don't know what the significance or importance of the dog is but it was cool to see.
